About me
Ong-Dee Liu Woods is a nurse practitioner who cares for patients with ear-related concerns.
Woods earned her bachelor's degree in biological sciences, with an emphasis on neurobiology, physiology and behavior, at the University of California, Davis. She earned her master's degree in nursing at Samuel Merritt University. Before joining UCSF, she worked at the Stanford Ear Institute for nine years, specializing in otology and neurotology.
Her love of music and training as a dancer gave Woods a passion for ear health. She is a frequent patron of the performing arts, from ballet to punk (using hearing protection). She also enjoys being near the ocean, running and family time.
